q $50 ELI Application Fee (check or money order)
q Copy of the student’s passport. Passports must be current.
q Foreign Student Financial Statement (This form is signed by the student.) click here to open the form
q Affidavit of Financial Support (This form is signed by the financial sponsor.) click here to open the form
q Bank statement from financial sponsor must be official (This is required to receive the I-20 and to apply for the visa.) The bank statement should be made no more than 30 days before the application is submitted.
q Copy of the most recent TOEFL score (If available.)

Official high school transcripts in English showing
graduation / completion date and official university/college
transcripts, if the student has attended university/college. If the last
school attended is American, contact that school to have your I-20 released
to GSW.
* Exceptions may be made for individuals who have not completed high
school. Such exceptions are made after careful consideration of the
potential student's educational background and purpose of studying at the
ELI.
