After you open any e-form you can print it blank or fill gray fields (if any) and then print it. Use Tab button to navigate. (click HERE for detail instructions and FAQ) To fill in forms first select the hand tool from the Acrobat toolbar menu. To ensure your confidentiality and privacy, press "Reset Form" button after printing or before closing the form. Remember to sign and date forms at the bottom after printing. (Note: If you fill in a part of it, hoping to save it and finish later, you will lose all data you entered). All forms need to be printed, completed and turned into Student Support Services.
