CAMPUS COMMUNICATIONS TASKFORCE


Project Overview

The President has appointed a task force to address the recommendations from the SACS Strategic Analysis regarding campus communications. The scope of this project is to assess the current formal and informal communications processes between and among Administration, Faculty, Staff, and Students on campus.
This analysis will provide these groups with a current assessment of how information is communicated on campus as well as provide suggestions for areas where communication can be improved, changed, etc. The objectives of the project are to assess and map the current flow of communication on campus, to determine gaps related to the current processes, and to develop a plan to increase and improve communication at GSW.
