Human Resource Management is the science and practice of employment relationships and all the decisions, actions, and issues that relate to employment. Southwestern’s degree in Human Resource Management is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully enter the human resources field. Students in this program have many opportunities for active learning, including projects outside of the classroom and a strong internship program. Many students enjoy business-related extracurricular activities like the nationally competitive Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) team, helping to further round out their academic experience.
