Southwestern Magnolia recently opened for Fall 2009. It offers private bedroom, semi-private bathroom suites. It also provides group housing for several student organizations, a study-intensive floor, and a floor reserved for new transfer students. Magnolia is in close proximity to our golf course.

Unlimited meals/week: $1275

Flex Cash can be used in our Canes Den snack bar, Java City coffee shop, or our on-campus convenience store. Freshmen and Sophomores living on campus are required to purchase meal plans. Additional meal plan options are available for Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate students. Please refer to the housing contract for details.
