Students are required to have completed 12 hours of chemistry that applies to
the major and to maintain a minimum GPA of 2.7. Eligible students are
invited to apply. The Vivian Schild Scholarship is reserved for exceptional
female Chemistry Majors.

The scholarship is awarded based on the highest GPA (overall, science and specifically chemistry). It will be awarded once per year in the Fall in the amount of $1000. Applications are required by the end of Summer Semester for consideration for the following Fall Semester.
