Begin weekly meetings to discuss philosophy, target improvements, discuss changes and improvements to be made in the upcoming year.
Discussion on the nature of the collaborative work. How many students involved? Who makes editing and art decisions? Cover designs options to let students choose? Editor and art editor should work together more closely and collaboratively.
