Affirmative Action provides consultative services to the GSW community in the areas of affirmative action (AA), equal employment opportunity (EEO), and diversity:

• Maintains and updates GSW's Affirmative Action Plans;
• Provides consultative services to management and employees regarding application of AA and EEO regulations and campus policies;
• Develops educational programs to address the needs of GSW's increasing campus diversity;
• Provides training for supervisors and managers in diversity and sexual harassment prevention;
• Investigates, mediates, and responds to employment discrimination complaints;
• Investigates sexual harassment complaints filed by individuals.
