Tug-O-War

• Divsions: Male, Female
• Team Members: 8
• Maximum entries per team: 2
• Awards: Medals to top two teams in each division
• Description: Teams will compete head to head. The format will be a double elimination tournament.

Rules:

1. All team members must start in a sitting position and can come to their feet when the whistle blows.
2. Teams will start pulling on the whistle. They will continue to pull against each other until the marker has been pulled across one of the finish lines.
3. Only the anchor may tie or wrap the rope around his/her body.
4. Gloves may be worn
5. If a co-ed division is offered, the teams can earn points for a male and a female team. The points earned will be divided in half and awarded.
