Group Exercise

All Group Exercise classes are FREE for students, faculty, staff, and Hurricane Club members at GSW.  You must bring your GSW ID to participate.  The Group Exercise Studio is located on the first floor of the Student Success Center.

Group Exercise Updates:

  • No Group Exercise Classes on Wednesday, November 25th

  • December 11th is the last day of Group Exercise Classes until Spring Semester

  • Spring Schedule will begin January 7th, 2010

 

There are a limited number of bikes for Group Cycling, so please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow enough time for proper bike set up (especially if it's your first class). Group Cycling is on a first come first serve basis.

It is recommended that you bring a towel and water bottle to each class. Mats are provided, but it is HIGHLY recommended you bring your own mat, especially if you plan on attending daily Group Exercise classes. To help better control the spread of illness and disease, sanitizing spray and disposable towels are available to use, so please make sure to wipe off equipment after each use.
