Intramural Sports

GSW Campus Recreation offers a wide variety of athletic events for students, faculty, staff and members.

Sports such as Flag Football, Volleyball, Ultimate Frisbee and more will be offered throughout the year.

Forms

• Intramural Forms need to be turned into the Recreational Sports Office on the third floor of the Student Success Center by the registration deadline for the particular activity.
• Field Rental Request Form
• Field Rental Requests are to be filled out by groups/organizations that are interested in using the GSW Intramural Field.
• Individual/Dual Entry Form
• Individual/Dual Entry forms are used in activities that only involve one or two participants.
• Team Entry Form
• Team Entry forms must be filled out by all teams that participate in intramural team sports.

 

• Team Release Form
• All participants in recreational activities and athletic programs will be required to sign the Assumption of Risk and Release Form.
