WebCT Course Application 

If you would like to use the GSW WebCT server for a Web-based course, a course supplement,  please fill-in and submit the form below.  If you have any questions, please contact Lovely Lewis at llewis@canes.gsw.edu. You must complete all required items in order for your request to be processed. Please submit this form once for each Web-based course or project that you would like to develop.

You will be notified of your approval via e-mail . Please allow two business days to receive your approval. After approval, the GSW WebCT Administrator will email you with instructions to get you started when your WebCT account is ready.
