1. Candles and
Incense are NOT PERMITTED in the residence halls.
This includes any flammable or potentially flammable material
which may be used for "decoration."
2. Cooking -
Cooking is permitted in designated areas of the residence
halls (i.e. community kitchen) but should not occur in the
residents' rooms other than in a microwave.
3. Electrical
appliances- for your safety and the safety of those around
you, some electrical appliances are not permitted in the
residence halls; these include: any appliance requiring
220 volts or 1500 watts, hot plates, portable heaters, air
conditioners, some coffee pots, and any appliance with an
exposed heating element.
4. Exterminator-
An exterminator is scheduled to visit each hall on a monthly
basis.
5. Pets - Only
fish are permitted in the residence halls. Fish tanks
must not exceed 10 gallons. Only one aquarium per resident
is permitted |
