GSW invites community to MIT's venture capital satellite broadcast June 2

AMERICUS—Georgia Southwestern State University invites the community to participate in “Venture Capital–Placing Your Bets,” a live satellite broadcast Wednesday, June 2, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Morgan Hall conference room. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology Enterprise Forum is coordinating the event, which will originate from MIT’s Kresge Auditorium.

Three leading venture capitalists will be featured: Bob Metcalf of Polaris Venture Partners, Ann Winblad of Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, and Guy Kawasaki of Garage Technology Ventures.

The event is co-sponsored by the GSW School of Computer and Information Sciences and the Office of Information and Instructional Technology.
