Haigler retires as RCI deputy director

Caring Service--David Haigler, Ed.D. (right) is presented with a "thank you" memento for his service as deputy director of the Rosalynn Carter Institute (RCI) at Georgia Southwestern State University May 24 by Ronda Talley, Ph.D., RCI executive director. Haigler has worked with the RCI since 1990. He was instrumental in the development of the West Central Georgia Caregivers' Network (CARE-NET), which has now expanded to all regions in Georgia and is becoming a national model for bringing together family and professional caregivers, administrators and academicians to improve services for caregivers in their community.
