President Blanchard inaugurated

It's official...--Susan Herbst (center), Ph.D., Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Academic Officer of the University System of Georgia (USG), and Erroll B. Davis, Jr. (right), Chancellor, USG, formally recognized Kendall A. Blanchard, Ph.D, as Georgia Southwestern State University's (GSW) tenth President Nov. 2. In using his new favorite southern phrase, Davis said of Blanchard and his new position, "You done good." Before a crowd of friends, family and fellow USG presidents in GSW's Student Success Center, Blanchard delivered a fitting speech. "I see myself as a synergy for change, as a catalyst for unleashing the potential of this institution," said Blanchard.
