Research and Projects

Students are encouraged to participate in research projects with faculty. There are many topics for students to choose from. Topics range from purely theoretical research all the way to hands on projects. Projects are an excellent way for students to get real experience in their field of interest.

Georgia Southwestern has alumni currently employed at major companies: Microsoft, IBM, Amazon, and Google, just to name a few. With the growing world of technology, Computer Science (CS) and Information Technology (IT) degrees are high in demand.
