OneUSG Connect is a system-wide initiative to develop and implement a consistent approach to policies, procedures and technology solutions that benefit the University System of Georgia (USG), in an effort to reduce costs, streamline processes, and have uniform guidelines with centralized support.

The first priority for the OneUSG initiative is to bring all institutions onto one system to manage USG human resources activities, benefits and compensation.

On June 18, 2017 OneUSG Connect will replace ADP and all employees will use the system to record and submit time and to access, review and update personal information including direct deposit, paystubs and benefits.

There are many benefits for using OneUSG Connect:

  • It’s easy to use and will automate current manual HR and benefits processes. 
  • It can be used on mobile devices and will allow employees to submit and/or approve absences on the go. 
  • It delivers faster and more efficient responses to handle issues or answer questions, which will be available through     the USG Shared Service Center’s centralized support.


OneUSG Connect Link

Beginning June 26, 2017, USG benefits will be administered through the OneUSG Connect-Benefits system. This work is part of the broader OneUSG initiative, which will pave the way for a new Human Resources information system and payroll system.

What's staying the same?

Employees and retirees will continue to have the same array of quality benefits as today. Benefits are not changing as a result of this transition to OneUSG Connect-Benefits.

Beginning June 26, employees will have two new ways to access your benefits:

  • Online: through the Benefits tab in OneUSG Connect
  • By phone: OneUSG Connect-Benefits Call Center at 1-844-587-4236

You will be able to review current benefits coverage, make changes to your benefits due to life status changes, find doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers, keep track of healthcare expenses and contact insurance carriers and other benefit resources.

The Title IX Coordinator will work in conjunction with other university officials who have been organized and comprised into a Title IX Advisory Committee. Members of this committee will be responsible for reviewing and updating current policies as well as potentially investigating any grievances filed related to Title IX compliance. Members are as follows:
