Student Appreciation Day draws over 500 students

Our annual Student Appreciation Day was held on April 26. Over 500 students enjoyed free food, inflatables, massages, and other games on Sanford Lawn. The African American Male Institute (AAMI) also provided music for the event and sponsored the annual talent show.

There were also over 100 faculty and staff who volunteered to set up, work, and break down the event.

“The day went splendidly, and I know the students appreciate all that we do for them throughout the year, and especially on this day,” said event organized Josh Curtain. “Thanks again to everyone who helped volunteer for this amazing event!”
