Acceptance Deposit

New students entering Georgia Southwestern are required to submit an acceptance deposit of $45 by filling out the form below. This deposit confirms your intention to enroll and allows us to prepare for your arrival.

This deposit is applied towards your tuition and fees. It is fully refundable if you are unable to enroll and notify the Office of Recruitment and Admissions in writing at least 30 days prior to the first day of the semester. The deposit is transferable to a future semester provided the 30-day deadline is met. After this deadline, no refunds will be made.

Freshmen students admitted for Summer or Fall semester who pay their deposit by May 1 will receive an exclusive GSW Tassel Topper to embellish their graduation cap and show they are a Georgia Southwestern Hurricane. Don't miss out on this opportunity! Tassel Toppers will be mailed to all deposited freshmen on May 4.

The form below is ONLY for students who have been ACCEPTED to Georgia Southwestern.

If you wish to pay by check or money order, you will need to print the deposit form and mail it to the GSW Business Office with payment.
