Throughout the year, community members are invited to join Georgia Southwestern in a variety of celebrations such as annual Homecoming festivities, 'Under the Lights' soccer kick-off, fine arts exhibitions, musical performances, summer camps, and more!

Chamber Concert Series: Seraph Brass

7:30 pm Jackson Performance Hall Don’t miss this showcase of the excellence of women brass players. Tickets will be available at the door. $12 for adults, $10 for GSW faculty and staff. Admission is free for GSW students with a valid ID and for children under 12. Season tickets are also available.

7:45 pm Storm Dome Bring a stuffed animal to toss on the court when the GSW men's basketball team scores its first point of the evening! All toys collected will be donated to Phoebe Women's & Children's Health Services department and local first responders.

5:00 pm Multiple Locations Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity proudly invites all Mu Delta Chapter alumni and friends to celebrate the Mu Delta 50th Anniversary Weekend Celebration, February 27–28, 2026, at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Georgia. Events include a Meet & Greet on Friday from 5–9 p.m. in the Wheatley Administration Building and a formal Gala Dinner on Saturday from 6–10 p.m. at the Griffin Bell Conference Center.

GSW Day at Truist Park

2:00 pm Truist Park, Atlanta, Georgia GSW Alumni & Friends will return to Truist Park to watch the Atlanta Braves take on the Milwaukee Brewers! First pitch is at 4:10 pm, and registered ticket holders enjoy pregame access to Over the Moon with a BBQ buffet starting at 2:10 pm. Reserved seating is in the Diamond Corner, Section 112.
