Whether you’re craving a made-to-order sandwich, a salad, or one of our signature house creations, we are sure to have something on the menu you’re guaranteed to love. Our rotating specialty concepts offer everything from comfort food to healthy options to global specialties — and everything in between.
We welcome community members! All of our dining facilities are open to the general public as well as our students, faculty, and staff. Feel free to swing by and check out what GSW has to offer.

Located in the Marshall Student Center, students will enjoy a variety of foods, in an all-you-care-to-eat setting, created by culinary talent that will have eyes as well as taste buds asking for more. "The Caf" offers delicious menu options for students desiring vegan, vegetarian or allergen free menu offering. From home-style classics to ethnic cuisine and healthy entrees, the Dining Hall will offer a wide variety of delicious food options that students will be raving about.
The Caf will be closed March 16 - 20 for Spring Break, but will reopen on March 21 for dinner service at 5pm.

Here, students will enjoy freshly brewed Café Campesino coffee customized for you. A variety of sandwiches, snacks, fresh fruit, baked goods, and bottled beverages are available to go.

Here we provide a variety of your favorite Chick-fil-A options such as sandwiches, nuggets, wraps, salads, and fries, which are served using fresh ingredients made-to-order especially for you. Milkshakes and chocolate chunk cookies are also available.

Spice up your week with a quick bite option outside of the Marshall Student Center from Surge's Street Eats food truck! Menu items will include various street style fares and be offered twice a week. Most Tuesdays will offer "Taco Tuesday," and have a rotating menu during pop-ups. Cash, Dining Dollars, Flex Cash, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards are accepted.
