Group Fitness Classes

Get Fit with Group Fitness Classes!

Group Fitness classes are held at various times throughout the week and may include activities such as yoga, boxing, barre, and more. Classes are designed for all fitness levels to meet the needs of all members. Certified Group Fitness Instructors will lead you through formats specific to the class and will offer modifications to support participants' needs. 

Please note that group fitness classes will be held in the Group Fitness Studio located on the bottom floor of the Storm Dome. *Boxing will meet in Florrie Chappell Gymnasium. a Valid GSW ID is required upon arrival to classes. Masks are optional.


Group Fitness classes will not be offered during Summer term and will resume in Fall.

GSW Group Fitness Schedule can change due to class participation, instructor conflict, and/or holidays or events. GSW Fitness/Wellness follows the GSW Academic Calendar.

Group Fitness Equipment

Equipment, weights, mats, and other items used during group classes are provided for all participants. It is recommended that you bring your own towel and water bottle as these personal items are not provided. To help better control the spread of illness and disease, sanitizing spray and disposable towels are available to use, so please make sure to wipe off equipment after each use.
