The James Earl Carter Library is committed to supporting the University's mission to serve a diverse population of students, offering a range of strong undergraduate and graduate programs in a vibrant learning environment. In keeping with this mission, the Library provides convenient and effective access to quality library services and collections, and information in a variety of formats. The Library supports excellence in learning and teaching that encourages intellectual, personal, and social growth for students, faculty, staff, and the community.
Please note the Library will be open May 5 - May 8 from 8am - 5pm and closed May 9 - May 10. Summer hours begin May 11.

User Privileges Statement: Any faculty, staff, or student with a GSW ID can use the Library. Additionally, students at South Georgia Technical College and patrons of Lake Blackshear Regional Library can use the Library, provided they have completed the Cooperative Library Agreement form.
