Banner Account Non-Usage Standard

Approved by the Banner Steering Committee 04/01/2016

During the quarterly Banner access review process, the GSW Enterprises Services Director and the Banner Project Leader will identify all Banner accounts that have been inactive for more than six months. All inactive Banner accounts will be locked and the GSW Enterprises Services Director will notify the user via email. The user can submit a ticket to GSW IIT at techsupp@gsw.edu to request the account be unlocked and provide the reason the account is needed. At that time, the GSW Manager of Enterprise Services and the Banner Project Leader will decide the course of action regarding the access.
