While GSW IIT does not support personally-owned computing equipment, we do recommend that you have a PC that will meet the minimum requirements listed below:
While many students may prefer to use Macbooks or Chromebooks, there are often technical issues running specific programs with these devices in a university setting.
The Office of IIT is here to help with all of your on-campus technology needs such as account access and computer labs. Submit a request at techsupp@gsw.edu or by submitting a technical support request.
Georgia Southwestern does not repair personally owned computing equipment. Please, contact a local vendor for services on non-state-owned equipment. Some local shops that can be of assistance are the following:
