FAQ

What does the rental fee include?

The promotional one-day rental rate for a weekend includes tables, chairs, and the labor to set them up.

What is the deposit amount and when is it due?

The deposit is 1/2 of the total amount and final payment is due 60 days before the event.

Do you provide in-house catering, or can we bring in our own?

Griffin Bell's on campus dining provider, Elioir, can cater your event, or you are also welcome to make your own arrangements with outside vendors.

What is the policy on alcohol?

Elior, Griffin Bell's on campus dining provider, is the vendor that is required to staff the bar and provide alcohol.

Are tables, chairs, linens, and other essentials provided?

Tables and chairs are provided. Linens are not included and may be arranged through your vendor or supplied by you.

Can we use outside vendors for photography, flowers, etc.?

You are welcome to work with any of the many photography and floral vendors in the area.

What are the venue's rules regarding decorations?

For the safety of the space, items may not be affixed to the walls, and open flames are not allowed.

Is there on-site parking for guests?

There is abundant parking available for all guests at the Conference Center.
