Georgia Southwestern State University is committed to keeping its employees safe and up-to-date on trainings. Employees will be required to complete specific trainings annually and notified when to do so.

All new hires will be required to complete all training at the time of hire. GeorgiaVIEW credentials will be given to you by the Office of Instructional Technology after the hiring process in order to complete all trainings. Any other required passwords or codes will be provided by Human Resources.

Sexual Misconduct Policy & Training

GSW is committed to ensuring a safe learning environment that supports the dignity of all members of our community. The University will not tolerate sexual misconduct, which is prohibited, and which includes, but is not limited to, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual harassment, and stalking.

Right-to-Know Training

This online training program is designed to educate employees on the importance and benefits of properly recognizing and safely working with hazardous materials.

Security Awareness Training

In light of increasing technological advancements it is important for all GSW employees to understand the risk and consequences associated with information security. This training will be found online in GeorgiaVIEW.

Ethics Training

As required by the University System of Georgia, all individuals employed by GSW must participate in Ethics training and certify compliance with the Ethics policy. This training will be found online in GeorgiaVIEW.
