ACCUPLACER Test

The ACCUPLACER Test is offered for only students admitted to Georgia Southwestern as Non-Traditional Students. ACCUPLACER consists of algebra, reading comprehension and a written essay. 

The ACCUPLACER Test is offered once to admit students at no charge. Those required to retake the test must make an appointment and are required to pay a $30 fee to Student Accounts. To retake the ACCUPLACER, students are required to make an appointment.

If you need to take the ACCCUPLACER Test, please call the Testing Center for testing dates and information on how to register. Testing preparation materials can be found at accuplacer.collegeboard.org. Please bring a picture ID in order to test.

As of December 1, 2016 COMPASS was replaced by ACCUPLACER as the test being required for admission into the university.
