My favorite thing about GSW is how much our professors and staff value student success. Our professors truly go above and beyond to make themselves accessible to students and provide so much guidance for students beyond the classroom.

I chose to attend GSW because of that small-town feel. We have such a tight-knit community, no matter where you go on campus you will always run into somebody you know. I never feel alone, and I always know there are people that are there for me when I need them.

The relationships built, the opportunities afforded, and the hands-on experiences at GSW have not only made the journey worthwhile, but they have also equipped me with the knowledge and skills I need to succeed.

When I was looking for schools to play baseball at, GSW was my first option. When I came to visit, I fell in love with the school and the competitive environment here. GSW was the first school that was super serious about me. I had a lot of respect for that, so I have given my all to be everything this place thought I could be.

Dr. Cook genuinely cares about her students and will go the extra mile to ensure that they are on the right track. This was particularly special to me because I am a first-generation student that had little idea about what it was like to be in college, and she made that experience much more comfortable for me.
