The James Earl Carter Library is committed to supporting the University's mission to serve a diverse population of students, offering a range of strong undergraduate and graduate programs in a vibrant learning environment. The Library supports excellence in learning and teaching that encourages intellectual, personal, and social growth for students, faculty, staff, and the community.
User Privileges Statement: Any faculty, staff, or student with a GSW ID can use the Library. Additionally, students at South Georgia Technical College and patrons of Lake Blackshear Regional Library can use the Library, provided they have completed the Cooperative Library Agreement form.
