GSW to issue partial refunds

nce again, thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through the details surrounding student refunds. This process has probably left you with many questions, and we are certainly making every effort to address those in a timely manner. Georgia Southwestern continues to receive guidance from the University System of Georgia (USG) as we work together to ensure the overall safety and well-being of our campus community.

All 26 USG institutions, including GSW, are working as quickly as possible to issue partial refunds to students, especially those required to move out of on-campus housing and those who no longer have access to dining services. GSW will also refund a limited amount of mandatory fees based off the last service date of March 16, when all instruction was moved online.

We are working on these refunds and expect them to be available no later than April 15.

We will refund these amounts thru Bank Mobile. If you have not yet set up your refund preference with Bank Mobile, please visit this gsw.edu/BankMobile for more information.

We encourage students getting housing / meal plan refunds to use for basic needs and save the remainder in anticipation of future terms here at Georgia Southwestern.
